When the browser used is Google Chrome:

1. Open the "Settings" option in Google Chrome.

1. Select "Content Settings".

1. Turn off the "Block Pop-ups" option.

After completing this process, select "Alipay Payment" again to complete the payment successfully.

When the browser used is Safari browser (iPhone browser):

1. Open the "Settings" option.

1. Select the "Safari" option.

1. Turn off the "Block Pop-ups" option.

After completing this process, select "Alipay Payment" again to complete the payment successfully.
